Our Response

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice:

We will review the claim promptly, typically within 1–3 business days.
Material found to be infringing will be removed or disabled access to it as soon as reasonably practicable.
We will notify the affected user of the takedown action where appropriate.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification through the contact page including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake; and your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which you reside.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
